Doctor killed in Red Deer attack was targeted by assailant, RCMP say

A 54-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of family physician Dr. Walter Reynolds, who died Monday after a violent attack at the Red Deer, Alta., walk-in clinic where he practised.
