“Models and theoretical frameworks for osteopathic care – a critical view and call for updates and research”

Admirable work was done by Esteves and co-authors in their recent editorial: “Models and theoretical frameworks for osteopathic care – a critical view and call for updates and research”1. On the one hand, the authors highlighted the importance of having a robust conceptual framework for complex health interventions such as osteopathic care, on the other hand, they offe red to the community of practice pragmatic methodological steps for the development of theoretically and evidentially informed osteopathic care models.
