Another set of Central Ohio employers has announced plans to cut or furlough jobs this week. Express Inc. Cape Cod Healthcare has come under fire from union nurses after announcing the closure of one of its maternity and pediatric inpatient units during the coronavirus epidemic.   The move will permanently transition all obstetric and pediatric units at Falmouth Hospital to the campus at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, beginning April 6.
