Health care software company looks to hire 115 in Jacksonville

An IT company that designs software for the health care industry, code-named Project Graph, is seeking $690,000 in state and city incentives in exchange for hiring 115 people in Jacksonville by the end of 2022. Companies are regularly given code names while economic development agreements are still pending.
