Pre-publication notice from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services announcing updates additions to the list of Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes on the Required Prior Authorization List of Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS). These changes are effective January 1, 2020 and will be implemented in two phases.
