Next Bay Area IPO teed up for Thursday, another slashes targets
The second Bay Area IPO of the year is marching toward its Wall Street debut on Thursday, while a microcap offering gets smaller.
Redwood City-based Revolution Medicines Inc. hopes to raise up to $184 million in an offering that would give it a market cap of between $846 million and $870 million if it hits the top of its price targets.
