HealthPartners continues southwestern expansion with merger plans

HealthPartners and Olivia-based Renville County Hospital and Clinics have signed a letter of intent to merge, the organizations said Thursday in a press release. The merger is expected to be finalized some time before the end of March. Renville County Hospital and Clinics (RCHC) is made up of a 16-bed critical access hospital and three clinics, all in southwestern Renville County.
