Case vs northwestern (fsm), 2013-2014

Hey all. New to this so go easy on me haha. Let me preface this by saying these were two of my top schools that both gave me deferrals in may (was accepted last cycle) and this is a huge first world problem that I'm extremely grateful to have. Nonetheless, I suck at making decisions and could use some advice since i need to decide within next dew days. Also for those interested in either school, I've spent a lot of time at both and went through both their app cy last year and would be happy to answer any questions if you want to pm me. Or if you have questions about deferring for a year, also dedinitely pm me! anyways here are my pros/cons of each, in order of significance to me. NU pros: 1. Education centered medical home -- as someone really interested in primary-longitudinal care with a strong belief in metric driven team-based care, this seems to be an awesome unique opportunity to any medic school. 2. Seemingly tons of clinics I could volunteer in first two years -- students seem to really get great clinical education in new curriculum 3. Diverse curriculum with lots of teaching styles. Can't praise their clinical training in first two years enough 4. 4 year combined mph/md and ms/md degree -- definitely would want to get one of those. 5. Chicago is definitely better than Cleveland. But coming from a small suberb and college town, I think the city makes only a marginal difference for me (food!!!). Not a huge bar dude (like going once in a while) and Im not a big...
