HMSA reports increase in net operating gain in Q3

The Hawaii Medical Service Association, known as HMSA, reported a 1.6% net operating increase in its third quarter financial report, the medical insurance agency announced on Friday. HMSA also reported an investment gain of $6.3 million and $865.3 million in premium revenue during the quarter.
