A660 gastric sleeve in patient with giant gastric diverticulum

We present a 69-year-old female patient with morbid obesity antecedent, BMI 44 and gastric diverticulum diagnosed by endoscopy. Due to this diagnosis a sleeve gastrectomy was decided.
