We report the case of a male patient with cutaneous metastasis of prostate adenocarcinoma located in the cervical and upper thoracic area. The patient also had a history of pulmonary tuberculosis. A CT scan revealed the presence of bone metastasis, pleural effusion, and infiltration of the soft tissues of the neck. The histopathological study confirmed the presence of cutaneous metastasis of primary prostate neoplasia. CONCLUSIONS: This smartphone application coupled with targeting device can be used in various settings such as EVD placement in hydrocephalus and in other brain targeting candidates in emergency settings. Conclusion The use of Hopkins criteria for posttherapy assessment in patients with lung cancer represents an easy and reproducible method with substantial to almost perfect interobserver agreement and high positive predictive value and accuracy; moreover, it is easily understood by referring physicians. Additionally, there was no significant difference when applying a semi-quantitative measure to the same five-point score.
