Second Columbus medical marijuana dispensary OK'd to open by state

The state has OK'd the opening of a second medical marijuana dispensary in Columbus: Bloom Medicinals off the I-270 Georgesville Road exit on the southwest side. The dispensary, in a strip mall near a Walmart and 1 mile south of the Hollywood Casino Columbus, is not yet open. A company representative told me she was confirming the expected opening date.
