AbstractStaged esophagectomy was developed in the mid-twentieth century in an attempt to reduce high rates of postoperative morbidity and mortality. Nowadays, the operation has almost been abandoned due to its significant disadvantages, especially the need for multiple surgeries, inability of patients to feed between operations, and morbidity of esophageal stoma. However, staged esophagectomy is still occasionally useful for very high-risk patients and in particular cases, for example multiple cancers of the aerodigestive tract and emergent esophagectomy. ConclusionsRobotic resection of the tumor nodule off the external iliac vessels was successfully performed with adequate range of motion provided by the arms and without any complications.Trocar placement should be tailored to the site of surgical interest. Robotic-assisted laparoscopy should be considered as a valid alternative to the traditional open approach, when managing solitary masses in recurrent ovarian cancer patients.

We report a case of 65 year old female, with mass per vagina since 10 years, who developed acute urinary retention due to impaction of vesical calculus at the external urethra meatus. Subsequently in a span of 12 hrs she passed 3 more vesical calculi. KUB X-ray failed to show any calculi but CT KUB showed 2 vesical calculi. After cystolitholapaxy she underwent laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy for vault prolapse. In cases of chronic uterovaginal prolapse or vault prolapse X ray KUB should not miss the prolapsed part of the cystocele as calculi are present in the most redundant part. Chances of missing radiolucent u...
