Teledermatology Viewpoint: Diaper Rash

Teledermatology is a term to describe the provision of dermatologic medical services through telecommunication technology. In store-and-forward teledermatology, patient medical information (including history and visual data) obtained in one location is transferred electronically to a provider who is in another location (Roman & Jacob, 2014). The construct of this column is such that cases are presented in a standardized teledermatology reader format. This is a case of erythematous plaques with scattered erosions in the perineum.
