Elderwood gets OK on Hamburg expansion
With state approvals in hand, Elderwood expects to begin construction this fall on a $9.5 million expansion at its Hamburg facility.
The company received approved this week from the state Department of Health on the project, which includes a first-floor addition and renovations that will create more private rooms and help the company remain competitive with a demographic that increasingly prefers not to share a room.
