Another Six SMACCers!

It’s raining PK SMACC-talks!
Here’s the next 6 uploaded to the SMACC website (see the first six here). For those of you with PKs in the works — don’t worry the deadline has been extended, but don’t dally too long or you’ll miss out on the chance of an iPad Mini and there could well be an UCEM Fellowship on the line too…
The first three (!) are from man-on-a-mission Tim Leeuwenberg F.UCEM, the medical McGyver from Kangaroo Island who brings a rural and remote perspective to critical care, which as we all know, has to happen everywhere.

Next up is a hard core critical care talk by critical care physician Rob Wise (hailing from South Africa if I’m not mistaken) titled ‘Stepping from the lab to the patient: Lessons on the glycocalyx’. Rob shows no lack on ambition in taking on a seemingly esoteric topic in the form of Prezi (which I usually hate… I didn’t vomit once!), yet he still hits it for six. Great stuff Rob!
