Jefferson rolls out plan for South Philly refugee and immigrant wellness center

Jefferson Health and its affiliated Philadelphia Collaborative for Health Equity unveiled plans Monday to create a $5 million community wellness center that will serve immigrants and refugees in South Philadelphia.
