Bidder protests awarding of Missouri medical marijuana tracking contract

A company seeking to provide vital oversight for medical marijuana in Missouri has filed a protest over the award of that contract to a rival. The protest filed Thursday by BioTrackTHC claims the state should not have awarded Metrc LLC the contract because it didn't fully disclose its fees, The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
