Mother-of-one slapped with $9,000 in bills for her miscarriage surgery

Conz Preti, 35, was told she'd paid her out-of-pocket costs for a medically necessary miscarriage surgery. Now, her insurer has sent six additional bills for a total of $9,000 to her home.
