Kaiser mental health workers begin week-long strike

Thousand of Kaiser Permanente mental health workers, including 4,000 who are members of the National Union of Healthcare Workers, began a five-day strike on Monday, drawing attention to long wait times for patients seeking care, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
