Open enrollment for health plans is sluggish in Oregon so far

At the midway point of open enrollment seasons, the number of people buying health plans is lagging last year ’s tally both in Oregon and nationally. During the first 17 days of open enrollment, 33,394 people selected health plans, according to numbers released Wednesday by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
