Syringocystadenoma papilliferum of the cervix presenting as vulvar growth in an adolescent girl

We report the case of an 18 ‐year‐old woman who presented with a vulvar lobulated growth that was found to arise from the posterior lip of cervix. Histopathological examination revealed the diagnosis of SCP. To our knowledge, SCP arising from the cervix has never been reported previously in the literature, thus we believe this to be the first case of SCP arising from the posterior lip of the cervix.
