Objective: To introduce a creation that combines laparoscopic and Wharton-Sheares-George cervicovaginal reconstruction using SIS graft in a patient with Mayer-Rokitansky-K üster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome who had a rudimentary cavity (U5aC4V4).
