Glens Falls Hospital plans to affiliate with Albany Medical Center to improve operational efficiency at both hospitals and better coordinate care for patients. The hospitals announced Wednesday morning they have started the affiliation process. Saratoga Hospital and Columbia Memorial Health have partnered with Albany Med in recent years.
