Public company sells second Broward nursing home for $14M

Welltower has sold a second nursing home in Broward County to Miami-based Millennium Management. One day after the Toledo, Ohio-based company (NYSE: WELL) sold the Heartland of Tamarac nursing home to Millennium Management for $15.4 million, it sold Manorcare Health Services in Plantation to the company for $14.2 million.
