Feds mistakenly send termination notices to Minnesota Blue Cross members

More than 38,000 Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota customers were incorrectly sent termination notices from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The Star Tribune is reporting on the mistake, which is chiefly affecting Minnesotans in Duluth and northeast Minnesota counties. It's related to the elimination of Medicare Cost plans, which are going away and will mean actual termination of plans for more than 300,000 Minnesotans.
