Colorado medical device CEO to retire after nearly 20 years

The CEO of a large Colorado medical device company is retiring and will be replaced by a current company executive. David Perez is retiring as president and chief executive officer of Lakewood-based Terumo BCT, the company announced Wednesday. Antoinette Gawin, executive vice president, will succeed him in both roles. She signs on as president Oct. 1 and as CEO April 1, 2019.
