Federation of State Licensing Boards Attempts to Legislate Away Liability

In a press release, the Federation of State Licensing Boards (FSMB) announced their support of the “Occupational Licensing Board Antitrust Damages Relief and Reform Act of 2018 (H.R. 6515),” introduced by Rep. Mike Conaway (R-TX) and co-sponsored by Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX). According to the p ress release:
