FCC: Possible Revision or Elimination of Rules; Proposed Rule

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking comment from the public by October 29, 2018 on a list of ten-year old rules in order to determine if they should be continued without change, amended, or rescinded. The FCC will review comments and consider what action, if any, needs to be taken with regard to the rules.
