Pneumomediastinum and pneumoperitoneum on computed tomography after peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM): postoperative changes or complications?

CONCLUSION: Pneumomediastinum and pneumoperitoneum detected by CT occur frequently after POEM and may be regarded as normal postoperative changes.
