CMS: Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is seeking comment on the following information collections: 1) Eligibility of Drugs, Biologicals, and Radiopharmaceutical Agents for Transitional Pass-Through Status Under the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS); 2) Medicare Subpart D-Private Contracts; and 3) Medicare Disproportionate Share Adjustment Procedures and Criteria, which provides additional payment to hospitals that serve a disproportionate share of low-income patients. Comments are due by September 17, 2018.
