RHS: Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program

USDA's Rural Housing Servicing is seeking comment by August 20, 2018 on a proposal to amend current regulations for the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program (SFHGLP) to increase flexibility in loan terms for interim construction financing and the viability of combination construction to permanent loans on the secondary market.
