With new partners, WakeMed makes push for outpatient behavioral health care
WakeMed Health& Hospitals is making a new push for outpatient behavioral health care at a time when the state and nation continue to grapple with a lack of resources for a historically underserved population.
The new Network for Advancing Behavioral Health (NABH) – a collaboration between WakeMed and other providers across the state – is designed to address a need for coordinated outpatient care for people with behavioral health and substance use issues across Wake, Johnston and Durham counties.
