Gilead, BioMarin among Bay Area drug makers shamed by FDA in generics 'gaming' list
Calling it an effort to bring transparency to the development of low-cost generic drugs, the Food and Drug Administration on Thursday released a list of drug developers who have received requests from generic drug makers for access to the branded drugs.
