Some Oregonians may face 16% health insurance hikes in 2019
Oregon health insurers ’ rate requests for next year are all over the map, but considerably less than proposals in at least two other states.
In the individual market, the average requests range from a 9.6 percent decrease from PacificSource Health Plans to a 16.3 percent increase from Health Net Health Plan of Oregon, according to data from the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services.
