USDA: Strategic Economic and Community Development-Reservation of Fiscal Year 2018 Program Funds

Announcement from USDA's Rural Business-Cooperative Service, Rural Housing Service, and Rural Utilities Service superseding the March 17, 2016 Strategic Economic and Community Development (SECD) notice that had used set-aside funding allocations for certain rural projects. Instead, funding allocations for FY 2018 will utilize priority points under the SECD provisions.
