Osteoid osteoma is a benign, monostotic bone tumor accounting for 11% of all benign bone tumors and 3% of all primary bone tumors.1,2 Osteoid osteoma is up to three times more prevalent in males than in females, most commonly between the ages of 10 and 30 years.1,2
