Jamestown taxi driver charged with Medicaid fraud

A Jamestown taxi driver faces a series of charges for Medicaid fraud after submitting 20 false claims for medical transport services. Haimid Thompson, who drove for 716 Transportation Inc., was charged after an investigation by the state Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
