Ascension implements downsizing at Milwaukee hospital
Ascension Wisconsin, which eight months ago committed to maintaining Wheaton Franciscan St. Joseph in Milwaukee as a safety-net hospital, informed employees Thursday of cost and service cuts that will result in job losses.
