ConclusionsPatients who chose to undergo PGT-A have different priorities from those who do not. Many patients planning PGT-A do so for reasons that are not evidence-based. While patients cite physicians as their primary source of information in the decision-making process, rationales for selecting PGT-A are inconsistent with physician counseling.

CONCLUSIONS: The potential consequences of adenomyosis during pregnancy are difficult to evaluate because, now, there are few data available concerning adenomyosis and major obstetrical complications and because the study populations of those studies were small. Our results suggest that women with adenomyosis have needed of a prenatal management in a tertiary center. PMID: 30318871 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]

This screening has having a significant population-wide impact on the uptake of conventional screening and diagnostic testing. In recent years, emerging genomic technologies, largely based around next generation sequencing, have expanded the analyses to the sub- chrom...

This study investigated the quality and quantity of eggs and embryos as well as the clinical pregnancy outcome in young infertile women with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) after in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI). MATERIAL AND METHODS We retrospectively reviewed records of 4285 infertile women and divided them into 3 groups according to age and ovarian reserve: young women with normal ovarian reserve (n=1695), young women with DOR (n=1121), and older women with DOR (n=1469). RESULTS In young women with DOR, the proportion of high-quality embryos was significantly higher than in older women...
