Evidence review: Adults with complex needs (with a particular focus on street begging and street sleeping)

This literature review looks at the evidence around efforts to prevent and reduce homelessness and associated adverse outcomes. It recommends a system-wide, integrated approach to dealing with homelessness and identifies some tools and guidance that may be of use to local authorities in developing their work in this area
