High-deductible health insurance spurs new medical payments company

Kansas City-based Mobile Capital Group launched a new payment platform called MedZero to cover out-of-pocket medical expenses as a free benefit. MedZero Inc., a joint venture of Mobile Capital Group and national lender Sortis Holdings, offers advances to employees in order for them to meet the cost of high-deductible insurance plans.
