Med-tech company Respicardia nabs $59M ahead of product launch

Med-tech company Respicardia Inc. has closed on $58.5 million in financing as it prepares to launch its device that treats sleep apnea in the U.S. Medical-device maker Zoll Medical Corp., based in Chelmsford, Mass., led the round of funding. Respicardia's previous investors also participated.
