Wisconsin medical staffing firm acquires Sacramento-based Valley Healthcare

TotalMed Staffing, an Appleton, Wisconsin-based clinical staffing company that serves over 5,000 medical facilities across the U.S., has acquired Sacramento-based Valley Healthcare Staffing Inc. The deal was completed Oct. 31, according to a statement released by TotalMed. Steve Swan, chief technology officer for TotalMed, declined to disclose the terms of the acquisition or the revenues of either company.
