We read with interest the letter to the Editor about our recently published article, “Axillary nerve lesions after open reduction and internal fixation of proximal humerus fractures through an extended lateral deltoid-split approach: electrophysiological findings.”1 We thank the authors for their insightful comments and would like to clarify some questions brought up by the writ ers.
