83 Use of ECGi and re-entry vulnerability index to predict VT Re-entry sites in sinus rhythm

Introduction: Substrate mapping is increasingly utilised in the treatment of ventricular tachycardia (VT) by catheter ablation due to an increasing prevalence of haemodynamically unstable rhythms induced during ablation. However, this approach leads to extensive ablation of bystander areas and risks excessive myocardial damage. A new metric-Re-entry Vulnerability Index (RVI) could enable identification of exit sites in sinus rhythm to target ablation-we utilised this approach with ECG Imaging to develop a new non-invasive strategy to target VT re-entry sites in sinus rhythm.
