VA is expected to make Cerner deal official in the next month
The Department of Veterans Affairs will award a contract to Cerner Corp. in the next month to develop a new electronic health record system.
During a Sept. 27 Senate Veterans Affairs Committee Hearing, VA Secretary David Shulkin released a 30-day notice of award of a contract, according to Federal News Radio.
