Decline in Contraceptive Use in India: A Call for Action

Using four waves (1992-93, 1998-99, 2005-06, and 2015-16) of published NFHS reports, this article aims to highlight the change in Contraceptive Prevalence Rate (CPR) and initiate a discussion to help investigate the reasons for the recent decline of CPR.
