Synergistic effect of combination deoxycholic acid and botulinum toxin for the treatment of submental fullness

This report details a case of submental fullness successfully treated with a single session of combination deoxycholic acid and botulinum toxin type A (BoNTA). A 46-year-old otherwise healthy woman presented with concern regarding submental fullness. She had a history of prior treatment of upper face rhytides with BoNTA, but no history of cosmetic intervention for the neck.
