Elderwood owners to acquire Adirondacks nursing home

The owners of Elderwood are expanding in the Adirondack region with the acquisition of an 82-bed nursing home. Adirondack Tri-County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Inc. will change its name to Elderwood at North Creek pending approvals by the state Department of Health to allow its affiliate company, 112 Ski Bowl Road Operating Co.
